Members provide first-rate input and advice based on their own highly skilled and unique background while considering DDS' customers and company goals. The Board's guidance is vital as DOORDATA Solutions produces new products, gains new customers, and develops business partnerships.

Michael V. Siemion
Michael V. SiemionMike is a semi-retired entrepreneur who guides and inspires others as a business consultant and coach. He brings more than 30 years of marketing and financial experience to those he mentors. Mike co-founded RedWeek.com and Classmates.com and served as Vice President of Marketing for Classmates.com's founding team. He also served as turn-around CEO for Com Vista Consulting and, for 10 years, he was Director of Business Development for the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) in Anchorage, Alaska, while writing for the Alaska Business Monthly. Mike is the founder of the National Association of Internet Professionals and "Beat the Odds Videos." He served as a member of the advisory board for Seattle University's Entrepreneurship Center and as adjunct professor of Entrepreneurship. Mike is a mentor for a variety of non-profit organizations that provide support to budding entrepreneurs of all ages. He earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from Seattle University and holds a Certificate of Entrepreneurship from Boston College and the SBA. He has completed graduate work in finance and communications. He and his wife, Julie, have been married for more than 35 years and have three children. Mike and Julie live in Leavenworth, Wash.

George Grellas, Esq.

George has practiced technology, business, corporate, and commercial law for 28 years. He has primarily aided independent-minded entrepreneurs, founders and executives, and their high-tech companies. George functions as a key strategic adviser to start-up businesses, and he brings substantial experience and depth to that role. In his practice, George emphasizes long-term bonds of trust and loyalty with clients. George earned his bachelor's degree, with highest honors in history, in 1974 from the University of California at Santa Cruz. He earned his juris doctor from the University of Santa Clara Law School in 1978, where he graduated magna cum laude and where he served as chief technical editor on the Santa Clara Law Review. Since 1984, George has specialized in serving start-up businesses in Silicon Valley, where he founded and heads the firm of George Grellas & Associates. For the past decade, George has consistently been recognized as a leading start-up business and technology lawyer in Silicon Valley. He is a board member of the Sunnyvale-Cupertino Bar Association and a member of the Santa Clara Bar Association and the State Bar of California.

Paula M. Kelton
Paula Kelton is a retired health care consultant and registered nurse. Her distinguished health care career included an emphasis on regulatory compliance in hospitals. Paula consulted for hospitals owned by Hospital Corporation of America®, known as HCA, Inc., for more than 15 years. Her expertise included Joint Commission readiness for the Environment of Care® standards with an emphasis on National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and OSHA compliance. For five years, Paula served on the Editorial Board for Environment of Care® News, a publication of Joint Commission Resources (JCR), which is the educational arm of the Joint Commission. This publication explained the Environment of Care® standards promulgated by the Joint Commission. She holds an R.N. license, as well as a bachelor's degree in nursing and a master's degree in health management. Paula also is a former member of the NFPA as well as the American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE).

Melissa C. Marsh
Melissa Marsh is Associate Vice President of Client Solutions Development for a Web-based analytics company based in the San Francisco Bay area. In this role, she oversees technology operations and delivery of its health care Business Intelligence platform to more than 700 hospitals within the United States and the United Kingdom. In addition, she is a Corporate Compliance Officer and oversees the company's compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and the UK's Data Protection Act (DPA). Melissa has more than 14 years of leadership experience in healthcare technology operations, account management, and sales. She earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics with a minor in computer science from Loyola College in Baltimore. In her spare time, she has served as an active volunteer for the non-profit Girls Incorporated of the Island City (Alameda, Calif). She was a board member and President of the Board of Directors of the organization from 2005-2006.
